Every weekday, Peter Whorf serves up features during his show: At noon, relax with “Bach’s Lunch,” a work by J. S. Bach. At 1p, discover “Michigan-Made Music.” Then, just before 3p, the “Midday Finale” will launch you into an afternoon of inspiring sounds. “Midday Music” is heard 10a to 3p weekdays only on WRCJ 90.9 FM.
Please bring back Bird Note. My boys and I would always wait for it every day while we eat lunch. We miss it.
Hi Nancy, we will pass that message along. Hopefully our music is also a nice soundtrack for your lunch. Thank you for listening with your boys!
Moved to Seattle years ago. WRCJ still the top of my fav station list. Yay.
Hooray, thank you for sticking with us!
For years, we have gathered at noon with our Golden Retriever to listen to “Bird Note”. The dog loves it mainly because it gives her a chance for cuddling. “Bird Note” has been absent for some time, until guest host Carl Grapentine played it today. We think it’s a nice feature and hope you will return it to its regular noon time slot.
Thanks for the feedback John and Marianne, we haven’t been playing it while the hosts were broadcasting remotely. Carl was in the studio today which makes it easy.
