John MacArthur, the lead negotiator in a lengthy effort to preserve this historic automotive testing site, will share his inspiring story of dedication and community spirit. Attendees receive a limited copy of the Fall issue of The Packard Cormorant magazine featuring John’s detailed article on the preservation journey. Extra copies will be available for purchase.
