Cabaret 313, in partnership with Detroit PBS, invites audiences to celebrate Valentine’s Day with acclaimed singer, actress, writer, and producer Maxine Linehan in Love Changes Everything: The Love Songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. at The Cube at the Max M. and Marjorie S. Fisher Music Center.
With luminous vocals and heartfelt storytelling, Linehan reimagines Andrew Lloyd Webber’s timeless love songs in an intimate and unforgettable evening. Praised by USA Today as a Top Ten pick for her album Beautiful Songs and acclaimed by The New York Times, Billboard, and The Huffington Post, she is celebrated for transforming beloved songbooks into deeply personal experiences. Known for acclaimed stage roles in South Pacific, Oliver!, The Sound of Music, and Off-Broadway’s Brontë, Linehan now brings new depth and emotion to the soaring melodies of one of musical theatre’s greatest composers. As Stage and Cinema notes, “[She] effortlessly charts her way from low to high notes without any switch in vocal resonance; she’s as sweet in high soprano as she is in the lower register.”
This Valentine’s Day performance reflects Cabaret 313’s commitment to presenting world-class artists in Detroit’s most intimate venues, creating evenings that celebrate artistry, connection, and storytelling. With support from Detroit PBS, Cabaret 313 continues to expand access to unforgettable performances that enrich Detroit’s cultural landscape.
