Royal Oak Concert Band presents “Dare to Dream”

The Royal Oak Concert Band (ROCB) presents “Dare To Dream” the third concert of its 2025-2026 season, at 3 pm on Sunday, March 8 2026, at the Royal Oak Middle School Auditorium, 709 N. Washington Ave., Royal Oak, MI 48067.

Directed by Mr. Kevin R. Czarnik, the ROCB is performing a host of pensive and energetic music alluding to dreams. This season ROCB commissioned a score by renowned composer Jack Stamp and will world premiere his piece titled “……those who dream by day”. The concert will also present Amalia Weber, a current Michigan State University Master Euphonium performance major, playing James Curnow’s “Rhapsody for Euphonium and Concert Band”.
The 18 piece Woodward Avenue Jazz Orchestra, directed by Mr. Jim Cann, will be open the first half of the concert with a jazzy set setting the stage for a dream like second half.
