The Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Earl Lee round out an extraordinary 25-26 concert season with Holst’s towering celestial masterpiece The Planets, plus Elgar’s poignant cello concerto with in-demand German virtuoso Maximilian Hornung.
Opening the concert is a new work by Fulbright Foundation-awarded American composer Caroline Mallonée as part of a special co-commission partnership with the New York Philharmonic.
