City Lights Chorus & Five Lakes Silver Band Combine for Holiday Concert on Dec.13th.

Two Local World Class Ensembles Present ‘Together for the Holidays’

City Lights Chorus from Northville will perform a new holiday concert,
featuring the 2024 US Open Brass Band Grand Champions, the Five Lakes Silver Band from Southfield

Aaron Pollard and Brandon Smith, co-directors of City Lights Chorus, are thrilled to work and
perform alongside Five Lakes Silver Band musical director and conductor, Christopher Ward.
Bringing together two award-winning ensembles, one barbershop and one brass, is no small feat
and is sure to wow audiences of all ages.

“I joined City Lights [Chorus] after attending one of their holiday concerts” says member Zak
Stratton. “Being a part of this chorus has not only elevated my technical singing and performance
skills, it has also taught me how to express my own individual journey.”

The concert will showcase classic holiday favorites, such as “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town”
and “Jingle Bells,” as well as a Christmas Medley with both ensembles performing together.

The concert is Saturday Dec. 13th @3:30pm at Livonia Churchill High School.

General admission $25 General Admission, $20 for Youth (11-18) and Seniors (65+), Children 10 & under are free.
