Vincent York’s Annual International Jazz Day Concert

Vincent York culminates Jazz Appreciation Month with his International Jazz Day Concert. He leads the ensemble playing soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones as well as flute, piccolo, and oboe. Songs covered include well-known jazz standards, Vincent’s engaging original compositions, and pieces by Vincent’s many mentors and friends, such as Alvin Batiste, Marcus Belgrave, and Lawrence Williams. Vincent’s 2025 group includes trumpeter John Douglas, pianist Keaton Royer, bassist Josef Deas, and drummer Jesse Kramer.
