Special Events

The 2025 Detroit Jazz Festival took place over Labor Day Weekend and featured world-class talent of jazz legends, rising stars, legacy and homecoming artists. Located at Hart Plaza, Campus Martius Park, Cadillac Square and the Gretchen C. Valade Jazz Center, the lineup included more than 60 performances as remarkable and diverse as the genre itself, as well as spontaneous late-night jam sessions and even an official 90.9 WRCJ tent! We were glad to see many of our listeners stop by. Here are a few pictures we took.
