Studio Announcements

WRCJ lost a valuable member of its broadcasting staff on Friday May 6th. Tony Bruscato passed away surrounded by family.

Tony was the voice of morning news and traffic reports on 90.9, providing clarity on the day’s events and the best routes to get you to and from work. He quite often interacted with Dave Wagner, the host of The Morning Drive on 90.9. Tony provided news and traffic reports around the Metro Detroit area for nearly 40 years.

Dave Wagner and the entire staff of 90.9 send condolences to Tony’s family and friends and his many WRCJ listeners who will miss his voice each morning.
