I am so thankful for this station bringing me some sanity and connection to the world out there. As one of your young woman instrumentalists mentioned in these times the connection to music is priceless.
Feels so good to donate to your spirit of bring music to mankind!
We are thankful for listeners like you Joe, much appreciated.
Thanks to everybody on the staff. I hope the adjustments to working from home weren’t too difficult. When my anxiety starts to build these days I tune in and listen mindfully; it doesn’t take long for me to relax. Big hello to Cecilia Sharp, Dr Dave, and Dave D.
Hi Jay, we are managing. It’s certainly different. We’re pleased the music is helping you. Try not to stress too much. Thanks for the note and be well.
Good morning…just donated….the match is my key to donate….

I sent in support for WRCJ using my visa last week
I have not received acknowledgement or receipt yet
Hope it’s coming
Thank you
Hello Jack, we will double check on that for you. Thanks for the support!
LOL who is “Worker B”?! 🙂
Hello Terence, WorkerB is one of our many, busy little bees that keep the station running. Actually… there aren’t that many and that one doesn’t do a whole lot.
Wife and I recently moved from Elk Rapids/Torch lake area, we were concerned losing listening to Interlockin music camp station.
I stumbled onto WRCJ we love it, evening jass is my fav. Will be supporting you guys soon. Only time your off is when Rush Limbaugh is on.
Welcome listeners, thank you for considering us for support and glad you found us!
I love your station- both the classical and jazz. I just donated because I am in the Oakland Chorale Society and the operator said she had no way of giving the fundraisers that message.that was disappointing.
Sorry about that Marjie, there is a comment box, maybe she couldn’t find it. Anyway, thank you for the support and we wish you and the Oakland Chorale Society luck with your next performance!
Hi, WRCJ! I phoned in my pledge today. It was quick and painless to renew a day sponsorship.
I really appreciate the thoughtful programming, concert silmulcasts, interviews, and education.
I just want to add that WRCJ’s voices are a family who I welcome into my home!
Why thank you David! We appreciate the support and for welcoming us into your home!
I’ve also heard it several times. I think it’s one of those donor “pitches”. I work with an organization that does something similar in Pontiac. Therefore, it has caught my attention and I am also interested in her name as well as the name of her organization.
Hello Ellen, could that be Cecelia Sharpe and her youth group Urban Stringz? Here is a link: http://www.urbanstringz.org/
hi,
I heard a piece about a woman running an organization that brings music to inner-city children. I couldn’t catch the name of the organization. I thought there’d be something on your website.
Can you give me info, please?
thanks
Hi Susana,
Did you hear this in one of our news segments or it was one of our spots? Did it have something to do with the Detroit School of Arts and their show?
