So Sorry to hear about Tony Bruscato. I remember Tony from back in the day when he was on WOMC FM. That’s when I was switchboard sharon at WOMC. Tony was at that time part of the
Dick Purtan show. I looked forward to Dave Wagner and Tony with traffic and news head lines.
I have a heavy heart over this.
Sharon
Sorry for the unfortunate news Sharon. He will be missed.
Hello Dave, My name is Dennis, from Windsor. I thought I’d take the opportunity to thank you. The pandemic hasn’t been all that bad. I was laid off from my job and decided to be an independent contractor. I now deliver auto parts for a living. I’m in my car for 10 hours a day. The first thing I do after starting my engine is to start with WRCJ. Your voice is the first and last voice I hear every day. I love classical music. I think I was a composer in my previous life. LOL. I can’t describe how it moves me. Thanks for helping me get down the road.
Dennis
Hi Dennis, sorry to hear that you were laid off but we’re happy you found a way to make things work and that we could be a part of it. If you were a composer in a previous life, we probably play your music! Thank you for the nice note, we’ll pass it along to Dave.
Due to life changes we have not listened to WRCJ for a few years. What a shock to tune in to some of the same voices from our past, Is this the “same” Dave Wagner I heard in 2015! and Peter Whorf
sounds just like Mike “who is his Dad?! Wonderful pleasure for me to hear this grand music all day long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many Thanks.
Oh welcome back Ellen! Yep, the same Dave Wagner and now Peter Whorf, son of Mike Whorf. Glad you are once again enjoying the station.
Hey Dave –
Since it’s violin day why not play Angele Dubeau – I love her playing. Still listening and donating!!
Ellen Wright
She’ll be coming along soon enough. Thanks for listening and donating!
Linda. Thanks for swinging with vets on this Veterans Day. Vietnam 1969 1970. Ross. Thanks for what you do. 🙏
No problem Ross, happy to do it!
Ross – thank you for listening. What you veterans have done for the rest of us is beyond special. We can’t thank you enough. As long as I am on the air at WRCJ, I will always produce a Veteran’s Day salute. Again, thanks for listening. Linda
Recorder music is always appreciated. Specifying which of the family of recorders is / are being played would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Ok Dave, we’ll keep that in mind. Glad to hear you like the recorder music!
Melissa Dundis,
Your music selection this morning is wonderful (Saturday Jan. 9th).
Melissa thanks you Michael!
